Agassiz's Parker at 1 day old. He was the very first cria ever born on our farm and now we are seing his first babies hit the ground!!
Dan Di Dappled Darling is a 2006 cria with most interesting markings. She shows great promise too. She's one of the first of Parkers offspring.
Dan Di Dora is one of our best. Her father is black and her mother is medium brown. We really are trying our best to produce color!! Who would of expected her.
Finally we get some color. Dan Di Domino is Dora's daughter out of a black male. We figured if we kept going back to black we'd have to see color sooner or later!

Our proudest moment at the fair, 8 yr old Kieran takes 1st place in the Junior Showmanship class. Not bad at all for a first experience in the ring.

3 yr old Danika & 2 hours old Daffodil. If I tried that I'd get spat green by Mom. It's times like these that remind me of why we chose alpacas. It doesn't get any better than this.
Kamora, our most protective Dam takes bonding very seriously. I pitty the poor predator that might want to get between her and her cria. Even our barn cats tread carefully around this pair.
And here is our proud Papa. He did such a good job that he's getting the honor again this year.
